The English Language is our main vehicle of communication with one another. However, the English Language is also one of the most difficult and complex to learn and use accurately. This website http://www.acomicallife.com/blog/2009/08/19/confusion-everywhere.html highlights one example, the use of parkway versus the use of driveway. The editor questions why we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway. A parkway is usually nowhere near a park and a driveway is what we drive on to park our car. This can be very confusing, especially to someone just learning our language. The correct use of synonyms and antonyms is also tedious to understand and use correctly. All in all the English Language is very confusing.
